Ok as the owner of 150 different zombie themed comics. This list is a Little of what I have read and what I think is crap.
28 days later – The Aftermath, This book brakes it down to 4 parts Stage 1. Development
Stage 2. Outbreak, Stage 3. Decimation, Stage 4. Quarantine. All in all I like it .It halp fill some holes in the movie for me. I give in an 8 out of 10 z.
Dawn of the dead – this was a comic adaptation of the movie with all the edited stuff back in it
And all it a little to cartoon. I give it a 7 out of 10 z.
Dead Sonja – Yes a spin off of red Sonja ………….. Ok it sucked ……. Sorry but it did
I give it a 3 out of 10 z
George A Romero’s Toe Tags – this is a odd one even fore the Romero its like they found a so/so antidote and it weeps you from “fully turning” but you are dead and you still hunger then there is this government spin in that dose not make since over all if you read it from start to finish it is ok but I give it a 5 out of 10 z
Land of the Dead – It another move adaptation and the movie was better this one not so much
I gave it 2 out of 10 z
Marvel Zombies – ok I love this some of you are tired of it but I love it 2 of my fave things come to gather super heroes / villains and zombies, the only question I have is why don’t the normal people get up and become zombies. You might not know that the guy with WD was a collaborator on this as well. I give this a 9 out of 10z
Marvel Zombies Vs Army’s of darkness - Ok some of you hate it but I love it I like when a company can make fun of it self with the evil dead tie in and that ash in his bumbling way was the true reason fore the outbreak. I give this a 9 out of 10z. It just fun to read.
Night of the living Dead – you guessed it a another movie adaptation BUT this is not the movie but the story of how every one got to that farm house in the middle of no ware. I give this a 10 out of 10 z
Raise the dead – This is a 3 part one shot but I could see it as a movie it is a little cliché but then it’s a zombies comic. I am not going to go in to this on I want you guys to find and read it and see if you think it would be a good movie. I give it a 7 out of 10z
Remains – Ok this is the only 10 out of 10z I will give you this is a good comics throw it be a short
This is set in Vegas and that was ground zero. That was all I am telling you but this is a must read.
Resident Evil – This is not a movie but continuations of the pepole in the games. There are three different stories and they all add interesting parts to the story line of rez evil
I give this 6 out of 10z
Shun of the Dead – Yes a comic adaptation and I those “100% like the movie “ I mean add some thing the art is CRAP. I looks like a kid did it. I love the movie but the comic sucks. 0 out of 10z
The Walking Dead – We all know it We all love it. I give it 9 out of 10 z. I would give it a 10 out of 10 bbbuuutttt I have to wait forever to get the next comic.
When Zombies Attack – This is a hell boy meets clerk’s kind of book. It is a fun book and I really like it. I give it a 7 out of 10z. This would be a funny as hell animated series.
Zombie – This is a bank job pulled on the wrong day you try to make a brake fore it you grab some hostages and then all hell brakes out. I give it a 5 out of 10z.
Zombie Highway – this is a one shot with like 5 endings. I have read it 20 times and I get it but I don’t It one of the Way over thought zombie comics. I give it a 7 out of 10z. Some of the endings are cool.
Zombies: Feast – this is the one ware it is prisoners on a bus and the guards are trying to survive
I give it an 8 out of 10z
Zombies Vs Robots – This is an odd but really cool comic. The robots are protecting the last living human baby on the planet and the last piece of food. The robots are cool they are steampunk / cyberpunk. I give this 8 out of 10z
Zombies: Eclipse or the undead – this Is the one with the suvivores in a stadium and some gang bangers trying to act hard let the zombies in and then it is a rest to survive the people you follow are really interesting. My fave is the old man. I give this a 9 out of 10 z
Then there is a comic I have only found one of and cannot find the rest but I give you.
Day of the dead: the rise of Bub – Yes Bub who is Bub you ask he was the zombie that could think in day of the dead movie. This is about survivors in Florida and why the zombies are starting to act with a pack kind of mentality,,,,, it like they are being told what to do????
I know a ton more but I have not reviewed them Read them but not reviewed but when I do I will read and report it they are worth a dam or are they crap.
