4th Reich Nazi Zombie Film Casts Doug Bradley

From the filmmakers comes word that Doug Bradley has been confirmed as SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer Gast. Doug will play out his role in that same scene as Tom Savini and Simon Bamford.

Doug and Director Shaun Robert Smith will also be in Guest Stars at the ‘Fantasy Horror Awards’ in Italy at the end of this month. Shaun’s short film ‘The Soldier’ (the short that spawned ‘The 4th Reich’) has gained a nomination for ‘Best Short’ at the festival. Official pre-production starts on Monday 8th March. The filmmakers told twitch the following about the film;

“Our vision and intention for ‘The 4th Reich’ is primarily to be a war film, although there just happens to be a premise, which encapsulates the characters, leaving them with plenty to deal with. Similar to that of “Saving Private Ryan”, in their quest to save Private Ryan, they had encountered something not seen before, something dark and at that moment, the focus of their mission became survival, a test of human endurance and unspeakable horror.”
